I've been in the tech field professionally since January 1998. I dabled in the tech field for 4 years prior while in college at Morehead State University and chasing my BBA with emphasis in CIS degree.
In January 1998, I started working with Lexmark International in the Technical Support Center in Lexington, KY supporting mono-laser printers and inkjets for hardware and software. I started working with Source Technologies, LLC in July '99 in Atlanta, GA and in October 2004 they moved me up to the corporate office in Charlotte, NC. I have been with Source Tech in Charlotte ever since. I have performed duties as a Level 3 Support Tech and am now a Sr. Software Integration Manager.
Outside of work I enjoy playing softball and Cycling. I currently am participating on 3 softball teams (1 mens and 2 co-ed leagues) and also sub in for other teams as needed. In the cycling arena I try to cycle once during the week (20-30 miles) and then Saturday (30+) and Sunday (40+).
